Refund policy

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.  If you need to cancel an order, contact The Dreamy Firefly as soon as possible.  Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.  If your cancelation is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Because our soaps, bath and body products, and lip products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference, including fragrance preference.  However, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or your receive the wrong item, contact The Dreamy Firefly within 7 days of delivery.  Include your order #, and a photo of the item and packaging, and we will work with your to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

 

Clearance, discontinued, and final - sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.  Shipping charges are non - refundable unless the error was ours.
