Shipping policy

Thank You for shopping with The Dreamy Firefly! Each order is packed with care and a little bit of firefly magic before heading your way.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and ready to ship withing 2-4 business days.  

 

Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed and shipped.  Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays outside of The Dreamy Firefly's control

 

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double - check your shipping address before completing your order.  The Dreamy Firefly is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice and error before your order has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact The Dreamy Firefly within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item and packaging.  We will work with you to make it right.

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered by you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.  If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will help however we can.

 

Returned Packages

Packages returned to The Dreamy Firefly because an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped.  Additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.  Please contact The Dreamy Firefly as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
